Featured Job. We are representing the Royal Borough of Greenwich who procure and manage private sector and council stock as temporary accommodation. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join our Temporary Accommodation Placement Team, who provide a quality administration service to the team of temporary accommodation officers and the manager. You will need to have experience in a variety of administration duties, be computer literate and willing to learn new I.T skills. A good working knowledge MS Excel is required. The role is extremely varied; you will work with four other officers. You will need to be quick thinking, discreet and very flexible to meet our changing priorities and deadlines. You will also be required to carry out tenancy sign ups for our Clients on a daily basis. In order to meet service requirements this will require you to stay late on occasion when required with little or no notice. You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and show an ability to build good relationships with other departments, landlords and external organisation Duties will include general administration, creating and terminating tenancies, a high volume of phone calls. This is an extremely busy department so be prepared to be busy and work under pressure.
